The best done-for-you lead generation services for B2B in 2026, with prices
Nine services that find your buyers, write to them and hand you the result, each with a price and the place it came from.
By Vesselin Malev, Managing Director, The Demand Department.
The short answer
“Done for you” is on almost every lead generation homepage, and it rarely means the same thing twice.
At one end, the agency builds the list, writes the emails, sends them and forwards every warm reply to your team. At the other, it answers the reply, books the meeting onto your calendar and logs it in your CRM. Both get sold as done for you. Only one of them gives you meetings without giving you more inbox work.
So this list asks every service the same question. When a buyer says yes, whose job is the next step?
If you’re short on time, start here:
The best pick for most B2B companies: The Demand Department. Cold email and LinkedIn run as one sequence, people answer every reply, the meeting lands on your calendar, and for what’s included it usually costs less than the other services on this list.
A dedicated SDR who also calls, month to month: Leadium.
Hand-built LinkedIn outreach for a service business: Lead Cookie.
Warm leads handed to your own team, billed by the quarter: Modern Inbound.
The full ranking and the prices are below.
We wrote this list, and we’re number one on it. Every service below, ours included, went through the same five tests, written down before the names, and the reasons for each place are in its entry.

| 9 | Pearl Lemon Leads | Cold email, LinkedIn, calling or all three, on a retainer or per lead | Not published | £2,497 to £4,497/mo, or from £250 per lead (Salesforge, Sep 2026) | UK teams that want to test outbound per lead |
Every price and claim in this article was checked against the service’s own site or the source named next to it in October 2026. Prices change often, so confirm the number on the call.
How we ranked them
Five tests, all about how much of the work actually leaves your desk.
1. What’s done for you, in writing. The list, the writing, the sending, the reply and the booking. Count how many the contract names.
2. Who answers the reply. A person, an AI agent, or your own team after a handoff.
3. Where the meeting lands. On your calendar with the thread attached, or in your inbox as a lead to chase.
4. What counts as a lead or a meeting. A positive reply, a booked call or a held meeting, written down before you sign.
5. What you keep. Domains, mailboxes, lists and the reply history, in your name.
Every entry also carries a price, published or reported, with its source and the month.
We built our own system around these five tests, and that’s why we’re first. The details are in our entry below.
What “done for you” should cover
Five jobs sit between your market and a meeting:
The list. Who you’re writing to, built and checked, with customers and open deals left out.
The writing. Copy for each segment, and for LinkedIn if it’s in the mix.
The sending. Domains, mailboxes, warm-up and LinkedIn profiles, kept healthy.
The reply. Every answer read and handled, including “not now” and “send me more info”.
The booking. The meeting on your calendar, with the context attached.
Most services on this list do the first three. The difference is in the last two. Modern Inbound hands every warm lead to you with its full email thread. Danish Lead Co. sorts replies by intent and passes them to the right person on your side. Leadium, Belkins and Martal put an SDR on the reply and book the meeting. So do we, on both channels at once.

From each service’s own site or a dated review, October 2026.
If the reply comes back to your team, you’re buying lead generation with the last step left to you. That can be the right call, as long as someone on your side answers within hours, every day. A warm reply that sits until Friday goes cold.
Done with you is the cheaper-looking alternative. The agency sets up the system and coaches your team, and your team runs it. Modern Inbound, which sells done for you itself, puts done-with-you fees at $500 to $2,000 a month plus $400 to $600 in tools, and says it takes 15 to 20 hours a week of a founder’s or sales leader’s time (Modern Inbound, August 2026). The invoice is the small part.
1. The Demand Department
The short version: The Demand Department (TDD) maps your entire total addressable market (TAM) and runs every buyer in it through one multi-touch sequence across cold email and LinkedIn, with LinkedIn content posted from the same profiles. All five jobs above are ours: the list, the writing, the sending, the reply and the booking.
What’s done for you. In week one, your market gets mapped and scored and the full lead list is delivered while the sending domains warm. We write for both channels, run hundreds of sending accounts on Instantly and LinkedIn on HeyReach, and verify every address through ZeroBounce. In week two, LinkedIn outreach and content go live. In week three, cold email starts sending.
After the reply. Every reply is read and answered by a person. A yes gets booked. “Send me more info” gets the one thing that answers it, then the ask. “Not now” becomes a dated follow-up in your CRM. A reply on either channel stops the other the same day, and every touch lands on one record in your CRM.
The handoff. Your call. We book the meeting onto your calendar, or we enrich the lead and hand your team the phone number.
The volume. Engagements are built around how many buyer touchpoints you want each month: 10,000, 50,000 or 100,000. More touchpoints means more email volume and more LinkedIn profiles running outreach and content.
What you keep. Domains, inboxes, lists, sequences and content transfer to you on request, and the LinkedIn profiles were always yours.
The proof. Across all clients in the last 12 months: $28M in pipeline added, 2,200+ calls booked and $4.5M in client revenue closed, for 100+ B2B companies. Named clients include Hotjar, Blockworks, Milk Road, beehiiv, NP Digital and SingularityNET. We’re an official partner of Instantly and HeyReach, the two platforms the sequence runs on, plus lemlist, Apollo, ZeroBounce and FullEnrich.
Pricing. A monthly retainer with a three-month minimum, set by touchpoint tier and quoted on the strategy session. For what’s included, it usually comes in below the other services on this list. After the first three months, the next phase is scoped from real numbers: meetings held and deals closed.
Who it’s for. B2B companies, agencies, SaaS, fintech and service businesses with a proven offer and a market big enough that volume is the lever. The system runs on cold email and LinkedIn, and we don’t run cold calling.
Why it’s first. It’s done for you all the way to the calendar. People answer every reply, the meeting lands where you want it, and the accounts, lists and history stay yours.
How to start. The 30-minute strategy session ends with a number: how many meetings the system can book for you, channel by channel, from your volumes. Or get 100 leads scored against your ICP in 24 hours, free.
2. Danish Lead Co.
Danish Lead Co. runs fully managed cold email and LinkedIn outbound for high-ticket B2B sellers. It was founded in Copenhagen in 2021 by Frederik Jakobsen, and its own pricing guide puts the service at $3,000 to $6,000 a month with a 90-day minimum. That covers deliverability infrastructure, targeting, custom messaging, an AI-managed inbox and LinkedIn alongside the email, and you don’t supply domains, inboxes, software licenses or lead data (Danish Lead Co., April 2026).
The proof sits mostly in private equity, M&A and healthcare. Salesforge’s September 2026 review cites a Merritt Healthcare Advisors case with 132 qualified founder conversations in five months, and a Beyond Med review on Clutch reporting 182 qualified corporate leads over about 16 months (Salesforge). The same review describes replies sorted by intent and fit, then passed to the right person on the client’s side with context.
Where it falls short: after sorting, the reply comes back to your team, and there’s no published guarantee. Salesforge also found that the company’s headline numbers don’t reconcile across its own pages, and Clutch lists a team of 2 to 9.
Best for: High-ticket services selling into PE, M&A and healthcare. Pricing: $3,000 to $6,000/mo, 90-day minimum. Watch out: Agree who answers a reply once it reaches your team.
3. Leadium
Leadium puts a dedicated, US-based SDR on your account, working email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS and gifting, with calendar booking, confirmations and rescheduling part of the process. Founder Kevin Warner runs it from Las Vegas, and it has delivered programs since 2015. After a restructure from 550+ employees, it now has about 60 US-based staff serving 30 to 35 active clients, per Salesforge’s August 2026 review (Salesforge).
Pricing starts at $3,500 a month for a dedicated SDR on the phones, per Leadium’s own G2 listing, and typical engagements run $3,000 to $15,000 a month. It’s month to month on 30 days’ notice, with extra SDRs and channels priced separately. Clutch shows 5.0 from 76 reviews and G2 shows 4.3. One homepage case, Energy Assurance, went from 7 to 15 opportunities a month with one SDR.
Where it falls short: Leadium says plainly that it doesn’t guarantee outcomes, and its bar for a qualified lead is low: “If a prospect agrees to connect on a sales call, we consider it qualified.” Lead quality and miscommunication are the most common tags in its G2 reviews.
Best for: Teams that want a dedicated SDR who also calls, without a long contract. Pricing: From $3,500/mo per SDR. Watch out: Write your own meeting definition into the agreement.
4. Lead Cookie
Lead Cookie has run done-for-you LinkedIn outreach since Jake Jorgovan founded it in Colorado Springs in 2017, with an in-house research team that builds every campaign by hand. LinkedIn and email outreach starts at $1,500 a month, and boutique campaigns for narrow markets start at $3,700 (Salesforge, October 2026).
LinkedHelper’s October 2026 roundup adds the detail. The $1,500 Core plan runs month to month and covers 500 to 800 researched contacts a month, sent from your LinkedIn account or a teammate’s. Boutique is $3,700 for 500 contacts or $4,700 for 800, with no setup fee and a six-month initial program, and adds LinkedIn posts, a newsletter, email, website tracking and retargeting ads (LinkedHelper). One client credits Lead Cookie with 30% of its revenue.
Where it falls short: 500 to 800 contacts a month suits a narrow market, not a big one, and the plan pages don’t say who answers replies or books the meeting.
Best for: Service businesses that want manual LinkedIn outreach with a published price. Pricing: From $1,500/mo, Boutique from $3,700/mo. Watch out: Boutique is a six-month program.
5. Belkins
Belkins sells appointment setting on three plans, all quoted. G2’s listing, updated July 2026, shows Growth at 100+ appointments a year across cold email, LinkedIn, conference activation and messaging apps, Growth Plus at 200+ with cold calling added, and a fully custom Enterprise plan (G2). Every package includes a sales audit, a TAM calculation, manual lead research, copywriting, appointment scheduling and no-show recovery.
Reply.io’s July 2026 roundup puts pricing at $5,000 to $9,000 a month (Reply.io), and Belkins’ own site shows 4.9 on Clutch from 230 reviews.
Where it falls short: Miniloop’s May 2026 pricing review says minimum terms typically run three to six months, and that the warmed domains, sequences and templates usually stay with Belkins when the contract ends (Miniloop).
Best for: Mid-market teams that want SDRs booking for them. Pricing: $5,000 to $9,000/mo reported. Watch out: Get domain ownership at exit in writing.
6. Martal Group
Martal runs one omnichannel workflow: email first, then LinkedIn follow-up, then a power dialer, with human reps nurturing and booking (martal.ca, October 2026). By its own count, the team is 200+ onshore sales executives. It also publishes its average monthly funnel: 3,000 to 5,000 prospects, 9,000 to 12,000 emails, 600 to 700 LinkedIn follow-ups, 250 to 450 calls, 150 to 200 responses and 20 to 30 qualified leads.
Pricing is quoted on a call. Prospeo’s 2026 roundup reports fractional programs from $2,500 a month and full-time dedicated reps at $9,200 to $15,500 a month (Prospeo), and LinkedHelper’s October 2026 review says Tier 1 starts with a three-month pilot and Tiers 2 and 3 with four months.
Where it falls short: by its own funnel, LinkedIn is a follow-up channel, at a small fraction of the email volume.
Best for: Tech companies selling into several regions with phone in the mix. Pricing: Fractional from $2,500/mo, reported. Watch out: Agree what a qualified lead is before the pilot starts.
7. Modern Inbound
Modern Inbound, based in Pune, India, prints its prices: $599 a month for cold email written per segment, or $899 for emails written to each recipient, plus $99 a month for 30 mailboxes set up in your name and $150 a year for domains, billed quarterly in advance (Modern Inbound, October 2026). That covers buyer research, targeting, copy, testing and sending, and you can stop at the end of any quarter.
After the reply, every warm lead is handed to you with its full email thread. The pricing page says outright that there are no guarantees and no refunds, and that it isn’t a fit if you need a guaranteed number of meetings. Its 2026 case studies include 208 leads for a corporate gifting company and 49 for an offshore accounting firm.
Where it falls short: it’s cold email only, and the reply and the booking stay with your team.
Best for: Teams with a rep ready to work warm leads who want the sending handled. Pricing: $599 or $899/mo, plus mailboxes and domains, billed quarterly. Watch out: Budget your own team’s time for every reply.
8. Abstrakt Marketing Group
Abstrakt runs appointment setting at real scale: based in St. Louis since 2009 with 500 to 1,000 employees, per Salesforge’s directory, and 2,000+ active clients and 100,000+ appointments a year by its own count (Abstrakt, October 2026). Appointment setting covers cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn outreach and outsourced SDRs, next to SEO, PPC, web design and video. In 2021 it bought Sapper Consulting, which its CEO, Jeff Winters, founded in 2013.
Pricing isn’t published. Salesforge’s directory lists projects at $10,000 to $49,999 (Salesforge).
Where it falls short: it’s calling-led and sells a wide marketing menu, so ask how much of the team works your account. Some reviews summarized in the same directory mention onboarding difficulties.
Best for: Calling-led appointment setting at scale. Pricing: Projects of $10,000 to $49,999, reported. Watch out: Get the monthly cost and the term in writing.
9. Pearl Lemon Leads
Pearl Lemon Leads is the lead generation arm of London’s Pearl Lemon Group, founded in 2016 and now 130+ people. Salesforge’s September 2026 review lists its retainers at £2,497 a month for cold email or LinkedIn, £2,997 for cold calling, £3,497 for multichannel and £4,497 for appointment setting, with pay per lead from £250 a lead (Salesforge). Setup takes five to seven working days, and its FAQ puts the first qualified leads at four to eight weeks.
Where it falls short: package volumes aren’t published, one reviewer was told pay per lead isn’t offered, and the lead generation division holds 3.3 on Trustpilot from 32 reviews (the wider group shows 4.8 on Clutch from 73).
Best for: UK teams that want to test outbound per lead. Pricing: From £2,497/mo, or from £250 per lead. Watch out: Get the volumes and the per-lead terms in writing.
Honorable mentions
SalesHive and CIENCE both sell SDR programs with calling, and we cover them in our rankings of cold email agencies and B2B lead generation agencies. Callbox runs global campaign pods at $16,000 to $32,000 a month (Callbox, Oct 2026). LeadGenius pairs human-curated data with outbound for enterprise teams, and Salesfully sells contact data with SDR-led outreach, both priced by scope, per LeadHaste’s October 2026 list.
What done-for-you lead generation costs in 2026
Five price bands show up across this list.
Productized cold email, warm leads handed to you, $599 to $899 a month. Modern Inbound, plus mailboxes and domains (Oct 2026).
LinkedIn and email run by a small team, $1,500 to $6,000 a month. Lead Cookie, from $1,500, Boutique from $3,700 (Salesforge, Oct 2026). Danish Lead Co., $3,000 to $6,000 (Apr 2026).
Dedicated SDRs, usually with calling, $2,500 to $15,500 a month. Martal, from $2,500 fractional and $9,200 to $15,500 full-time (Prospeo, 2026). Leadium, from $3,500 (Salesforge, Aug 2026). Belkins, $5,000 to $9,000 (Reply.io, Jul 2026).
Pay per lead, from £250 a lead. Pearl Lemon Leads (Salesforge, Sep 2026).
Pay per meeting, $300 to $900 a mid-market meeting. Cleverly’s March 2026 guide puts small-business meetings at $150 to $500 and enterprise meetings at $800 to $2,500+ (Cleverly).
The fee is rarely the whole bill. Mailboxes, domains, data credits and LinkedIn Sales Navigator seats often sit on top. Ask every service which of those are inside the fee, and whose name they’re in.
Retainer, per lead or per meeting?
Per meeting looks safest, because you pay only when something lands on the calendar. The catch is that the bill grows with every meeting. At Cleverly’s mid-market range, 10 meetings a month cost $3,000 to $9,000 and 20 cost $6,000 to $18,000. A done-for-you retainer stays flat as the meetings add up. Both Modern Inbound and Danish Lead Co. put typical retainers at $2,500 to $8,000 a month.

Per lead is the cheapest-looking unit and the hardest to police. Depending on the contract, a lead can be a positive reply, a name with a phone number or a polite no.
Whichever you choose, write the definition down. Pay per held meeting, with the job title and company size in the contract, or agree a definition of a qualified meeting on a retainer.
How to choose: a decision map
Find your situation, then look at the first pick, and the second if the first says no.
Cold email and LinkedIn done for you, all the way to the calendar: The Demand Department, then Danish Lead Co.
A dedicated SDR who also calls, month to month: Leadium, then Martal Group.
Hand-built LinkedIn outreach for a narrow market: Lead Cookie, then Danish Lead Co.
Mid-market SDRs booking appointments: Belkins, then Leadium.
Several regions, with phone in the mix: Martal Group, then Belkins.
Warm leads handed to your own rep, billed by the quarter: Modern Inbound, then Danish Lead Co.
Calling-led appointment setting at scale: Abstrakt Marketing Group, then Martal Group.
Paying per lead while you test: Pearl Lemon Leads.
Eight questions for the first call
Every service here will tell you it’s done for you. These questions show how far it goes.
1. Which of the five jobs are in the contract? Good: the list, the writing, the sending, the reply and the booking, each named. Bad: “full-service outreach.”
2. Who answers a positive reply, and how fast? Good: a named role, the same day. Bad: “we forward it to you.”
3. Where does the meeting land? Good: on my calendar, with the thread attached. Bad: a weekly lead export.
4. What counts as a lead, and what counts as a meeting? Good: written definitions with title and company size. Bad: “anyone who agrees to a call.”
5. Which costs sit outside the fee? Good: mailboxes, domains, data and seats, each priced. Bad: “it depends.”
6. Whose name are the domains, mailboxes and lists in? Good: mine. Bad: “we keep the infrastructure.”
7. What’s the minimum term and the notice period? Good: two numbers. Bad: “we’re flexible.”
8. When does the first message go out? Good: a date, two to three weeks out. Bad: “after onboarding.”
Frequently asked questions
- What is done-for-you lead generation?
- An agency finds the buyers in your market, writes to them, sends the outreach and hands you the result, either as warm leads for your team or as meetings on your calendar. Services differ in how far they go: some stop when the reply arrives, others answer it and book the meeting.
- How much does done-for-you lead generation cost in 2026?
- Productized cold email starts around $600 to $900 a month plus mailboxes. Small teams running LinkedIn and email charge about $1,500 to $6,000. Dedicated SDR programs with calling run $2,500 to $15,500. Pay per lead starts around £250 a lead, and mid-market meetings cost $300 to $900 each on per-meeting deals.
- What’s the difference between done for you and done with you?
- Done for you means the agency runs the outreach. Done with you means it sets the system up and coaches your team, which then runs it. Modern Inbound puts done-with-you fees at $500 to $2,000 a month plus $400 to $600 in tools, and says it takes 15 to 20 hours a week of a founder’s or sales leader’s time.
- Is pay per lead or pay per meeting better?
- Per meeting, if the meeting is defined as held, with the right title and company size. Per lead is harder to police, because a lead can mean anything from a phone number to a polite no.
- How long until a done-for-you service books meetings?
- Plan on two to three weeks before the first message goes out, and a quarter before the numbers settle. Pearl Lemon Leads puts its first qualified leads at four to eight weeks. At The Demand Department, LinkedIn goes live in week two and cold email in week three.
- Do I keep the domains and lists if I leave?
- Only if the contract says so. Modern Inbound sets mailboxes up in your name, and at The Demand Department the domains, inboxes, lists, sequences and content transfer to you on request. Miniloop’s review of Belkins says warmed domains and sequences usually stay with the agency. Ask before you sign.
Ask what happened to the last ten replies
Every service on this list will tell you it’s done for you. Ask each one what happened to the last ten positive replies it got for a client: who answered, how fast, and how many became meetings on the calendar.
